WHY SUPERVISION WITH ME

- 15 years of practice in mental health services including alcohol dependency services, sexual assault support centres, primary and secondary mental health services, charities and private business (including occupational health)

- Qualifications to supervise both 1:1 and groups together with a good education methodology understanding 

- Variety of methods of work, including experiential methods and hypnosis

- Use of integrative methods for supervision

- Good understanding of mostly used methods of therapy work, including CBT, psychodynamic, person-centred, solution focused, relational and relational hypnosis. Where I lack knowledge and understanding, I make an effort to educate myself

- Good boundaries and ethical awareness 

- Understanding of working across cultures and bilingually

- Honesty and commitment to your development
